Ms. Miller has been a manager at GMCO since 1999. She manages the bankruptcy and consulting services department, which includes litigation support, business valuation, and forensic accounting. At GMCO, Ms. Miller has been a key team member in the firm’s largest litigation cases: American Business and Financial Services, Inc., American Tissue, Inc., and Tri-State Armored Services, Inc.

Ms. Miller has testified on several occasions as both a fact witness and an expert in bankruptcy court, including the Macrophage, Inc. case relating to a $9 million Ponzi scheme. Ms. Miller manages the bankruptcy and litigation cases in which GMCO is appointed or engaged as expert accountants and financial advisors.

Previously, Ms. Miller worked as a corporate accounting manager and controller for a national commercial printer. Her background includes auditing of bank operations and money centers.
