In addition to analyzing the books

interpret that data and arrive at conclusions that are
complete, decisive and defendable. Our written reports
have been described as well written, informative and
easy-to-understand. With numerous trial appearances,
our firm is well respected as expert witness in a variety
of court venues. From the initial investigation to trial,
GM&CO stands ready to provide the interpretation

As asset recovery specialists, we
recognize the true economic value of businesses. Rather
than relying on one method to value an enterprise, we
use a multiple method approach. These traditionally
accepted methods we use include discounted cash flow
analysis, public company analysis, capitalized earnings
approach, and similar transaction analysis. Because
future projections of an enterprise’s operations
are the key to justifiable and reliable business valuations,
we work closely with management teams to understand
their projections and make recommendations if necessary.
Furthermore, we have experience in combined enterprise
valuations that require an analysis of the synergies
and cost economies that usually result from business
combinations.
Both Alfred T. Giuliano and Patrick
J. Mohnacs are licensed Certified Fraud Examiners. Additionally,
Donna Miller’s background includes bank fraud
investigation and internal auditing for fraud. This
experience has led our firm to handle several fraud
investigation cases, some involving several million
dollars. In the case of bankruptcy, proving fraud has
resulted in recovery of assets to the estate.
Our experience in contract dispute
cases and transaction analysis covers a wide spectrum
of situations including employment termination and executive
compensation issues to complex stock transactions. We
also serve as experts in contract disputes arising in
the normal course of business. Each dispute is unique
and requires a seasoned-eye towards identifying the
associated issues and avoiding the potential pitfalls.
As bankruptcy experts, we frequently
assess damages in the claims process. This expertise
gives us an advantage when evaluating damages claims.
As CPA’s, we are able to evaluate historical financial
statements and the complex disclosures that usually
accompany these statements.
